Freestanding stoves
These stoves stand on an existing hearth and connect to the flue at the top or rear without needing to rebuild the fireplace.
Built-in wood fires
These stoves sit inside your chimney breast, showing only the frame and glass, so your fire takes centre stage at all times.
Multi-sided and tunnel fires
Perfect for open-plan rooms and spaces you want to divide rather than close off. The flame from a tunnel fire can be visible from up to three individual sides.
Wall-hung and suspended stoves
For a fire that leaves the floor clear. These stoves hang off the wall or ceiling to bring the flame to eye level and open up more of your room.

What does a Dik Geurts installation need?
With a lot of the Dik Geurts stove range, the installation decision comes before the product decision. Multi-sided, tunnel, wall-hung and suspended models can’t be dropped into an existing opening, so where the fire can go determines which model you can have.
A multi-sided or tunnel fire has no back to hide against a wall. Its position is set by the flue route and the floor plan together, because the fire has to work as a divider between two rooms as well as an appliance connected to a flue. We survey both before recommending a format.
Wall-hung and suspended models raise a second question: what the wall or ceiling can carry. We confirm the structure will take the load and that the flue can run where the design needs it before anything is ordered.
Built-in fires need the opening dimensions checked against the model’s requirements before construction starts. Once the wall is finished, the frame and glass are all you see, and the opening is no longer adjustable.
Dik Geurts FAQs
Dik Geurts stoves come with a 5-year warranty on the appliance body, alongside the statutory 2-year manufacturer warranty. Consumable parts – glass, rope seals, inner bricks and the baffle plate – are covered for 6 months. The flue system and its installation are separate and not covered. Warranty runs from the proof of purchase date, and we handle any claim as the authorised supplier.
