The range runs from media wall formats and cast inset fires through to freestanding stoves. What does the Solution Fires range include?
The Solution Fire range includes a variety of options, from media walls and built-in fires to freestanding electric stoves.
Media walls
For a wall you are building from scratch. There is no surround or visible frame, so the finished wall looks built around the fire rather than fitted with one.
Inset fires
These sit straight into an existing fireplace, so your surround, hearth, and mantel stay exactly as they are, with no building or redecorating required.
Electric stoves
The look of a wood burner, with nothing to store or sweep out. Minimal installation and controlled remotely for ultimate convenience.
Electric suites
No need to hunt for a new hearth that works well with your mantel. With wall-mounted and floor-standing options available, combine the finishes to get the look you want.
Media walls

Free consultation & space assessment
We start with a free consultation to understand your room, any existing fireplace opening, and whether you are working around a media wall or joinery build.
Brand, model & finish selection
Based on our review, we recommend the model and width, confirm whether front-facing, corner or panoramic suits the space, and match fuel beds and finishes.
Professional installation & coordination
Our in-house specialists coordinate the electrical work and installation, working alongside any wider renovation or media wall construction.
Ongoing support & aftercare
Once installed, we remain on hand for servicing questions, warranty registration and aftercare.
Solution Fires installation & safety assurance
Electric fires are considerably simpler to install than gas or solid-fuel alternatives, with no flue, chimney or gas safety certification involved.
However, the Solution Fires range does require a safe, correctly specified electrical connection carried out to current wiring regulations.
Built-in models also need an accurately prepared opening or media wall recess, and this is where getting the dimensions right before construction starts matters most.
We check the opening against the model’s requirements before anything is built.

Solution Fires FAQs
Solution Fires bought from an authorised dealer come with a standard 2-year warranty that needs no registration – year 1 covers parts and labour, year 2 covers parts only. A 5-year Platinum Warranty Plan costs £99.99 and must be registered within 60 days of purchase. Fires bought outside the dealer network carry a non-extendable 1-year warranty.
