TermaTech has been designing wood-burning stoves in Denmark for thirty years, based on the simple idea that Scandinavian quality doesn’t have to carry a luxury price tag. What does the TermaTech range include?
The TermaTech range covers freestanding wood-burning stoves, heat-retaining models, and bioethanol fires, plus the accessories to complete the installation.
Wood-burning stoves
Available in a range of sizes to suit most room sizes and layouts, with heat outputs ranging from 3kW to 10kW.
Heat-retaining TermaStone® stoves
Stoves clad in a heat-absorbing concrete that soaks up warmth while the fire burns and gives it back slowly over the following hours.
Bioethanol fires
TermaTech’s ‘Biotronic’ range of bioethanol fireplaces burns cleanly without the smoke or ash. Perfect for places where a flue can’t be installed.

How does our TermaTech stove installation service work?
Here’s what to expect from our TermaTech stove installation service:
Free consultation & space assessment
We start with a free consultation to assess your room size, existing chimney or flue, and what you want the stove to do.
Model, size & finish selection
We size the stove to your room, considering insulation, ceiling height and layout, and recommend the model and finish to suit.
Professional installation & coordination
Our team handles the full installation, including flue lining, hearth and clearances, and self-certifies the work under Building Regulations.
Ongoing support & aftercare
Once installed, we stay on hand for servicing, replacement parts and warranty support.
What does a TermaTech installation involve?
Every TermaTech stove has to be installed by a HETAS-registered installer for the work to meet Building Regulations and for the warranty to hold. We arrange that as part of the job and handle the commissioning paperwork.
A stove is only as good as what it’s connected to. We survey the chimney or flue and the room’s ventilation before anything is specified, because flue problems are far harder to fix once the stove is in – and in a tightly sealed modern home, a stove starved of air won’t draw properly whatever its efficiency rating.
Once it’s in, we’ll talk you through running it: the right fuel, how much to load, and how to get the most from the air control – which on a TermaTech is a single grip, so there’s less to learn than on most stoves.
If you live in a smoke control area, that narrows the model choice. Raise it early rather than after you’ve settled on a favourite.
