Manchester's media wall fireplace specialists for 35 years
For 35 years we’ve designed, supplied and installed media wall fireplaces for homes across Greater Manchester, from Didsbury and Hale to Bramhall, Cheadle Hulme and Worsley.
We don’t specify anything until we’ve seen the room. A home survey tells us how the wall is built, where power can run and what size of fire the space can take, so the design starts from your home rather than a stock layout.
New to media walls? Our media wall fireplaces page explains how they’re built, which fires work in them, and how heat is kept clear of the TV.
Why choose our media wall installation service in Manchester?
A design built for your space
Survey measurements set the depth, width and proportions of every build, so nothing is scaled from a template.
Three decades of expertise
We’ve been fitting fires across the North West since 1991, and our own qualified team carries out every installation.
Aftercare you can rely on
Every installation comes with manufacturer warranties, our own service guarantee and a team that stays contactable after handover.
Designing a media wall fireplace for a Manchester home
Designing a media wall fireplace for a Manchester home starts with the property, and the city’s housing runs from Victorian villas to converted mills.
- Victorian and Edwardian houses in Didsbury, West Didsbury and Chorlton bring high ceilings, cornicing and often an existing chimney breast, so the build has to either enclose it or work alongside it.
- Interwar and post-war semis in Cheadle Hulme, Gatley and Bramhall usually offer a long, uninterrupted wall that suits a full-width build. Where a bay window sits close by, we plan the edge of the build so the two don’t clash.
- In newer homes, existing stud walls make the frame quicker to build, but the original wiring is rarely enough for a fire, TV and sound system, so a new circuit is usually part of the job.
- Mill conversions and city-centre apartments often have exposed brick or concrete walls that need the right fixings, and most need building management approval before work starts.
We survey before specifying your media wall fireplace, so none of this is guesswork by the time you have a quote.

Manchester
case study
This large Manchester home was being fully refurbished, and each space needed a fire suited to how it would be used, from open-plan living areas to a quiet study and a basement conversion.
We installed two Kalfire gas fires in the main living areas, a Gazco gas fire in the study and a Kalfire room divider fire as the centrepiece of the new basement bar and gym. A wood-burning stove in the garden office keeps it usable all year round.
See how we brought it together across the whole property.
